This week Kitty and Chris continue the conversation on two player games. They take games, meant for more than two players, and really rake them over the coals when played as two player games.
Also – I’m curious (this is Chris) – anyone read these? Let me know and 10 bonus entries to our mystery Origins giveaway!!! (yes three exclamation marks, that means I’m totally serious!!!).

Hey Chris!!! (3 of them)
I read your show notes case of the links and so I can remember where to email you. I wanted the hear what you all thought of Grim Forest as a 2 player game. I’ve only ever played it 2 players and think the choices are limited, but want to play it with more people. I’m sure that’s where the game shines with the things you will have to decide on. Like who to block getting resources or who do i give this freund card to. I have fun with the game still, it just seems like more of a race in 2 players.
Also, any time you want to wack zombies on the head, I’ll play Zombicide with ya! I’ve been Kickstartingredients in since season 2 and have tons for it. I find it hard to get people to play that too.😆
Eric
My quick thought is that with two players you’re either going to play a quick game or you need to modify the win condition to be more than three houses, One thing we’ve talked about is one of each type of house as a requirement and possibly a 4th house as well.
